So I'm not a big fan of power metal with a ton of high range singing. Actually, I don't think I've ever been able to listen to a full album from that genre. This is a HUGE exception. I could not stop listening to this album...the Chris Cornell-ish vocals, melody, riffs, all of it just works so well. Eclev

Susperia and Athera. Long-time fans may be sad by the vocalist's departure. Regardless, new singer Dagon is an absolute monster. His icy black rasps and herculean power metal cleans do more than enough to endear both him and this album to me. VenusAdonis
