So I'm not a big fan of power metal with a ton of high range singing. Actually, I don't think I've ever been able to listen to a full album from that genre. This is a HUGE exception. I could not stop listening to this album...the Chris Cornell-ish vocals, melody, riffs, all of it just works so well. Eclev

Allow me to copy Pagan Altar's third album title to describe not only III:Pentecost but the whole discography of Wytch Hazel so far: well, yes, it's Magical and Mythical!!! A must-have for the lovers of 70's hard sound revival. BoneWalker

Loads of Cliff Burton-era Metallica and Iron Maiden in a 2018 production. Fat layers of excellent vocals not heard since Dio. Form and function match up perfectly. FallenAngel
